The Shea Raiders (Pawtucket, RI) basketball felled the visiting Coventry Oakers (Coventry, RI), 46-37 in Friday's league test.

The Raiders (11-5) will now prepare for their test against Cranston West (Cranston, RI). The Falcons go into the Division 2 test with a 8-7 record. In their last test, Cranston West was beaten by Westerly (Westerly, RI), 55-45, in a non-league test.

The Oakers now own a 9-7 record. They play next when they host West Warwick for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Coventry will encounter a Wizards squad coming off a 61-58 league loss to North Providence (North Providence, RI). The Wizards record now stands at 10-6.
