Louisiana High School Basketball - Notre Dame can't hold off DeQuincy

The DeQuincy Tigers basketball team scored 39 points and restricted the visiting Notre Dame Pioneers to 34 in the Tigers league victory on Friday.
The Tigers now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Arthur for a 2A District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Pioneers (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Grand Lake (Lake Charles, LA). The Hornets come into the 2A District 5 contest with a 6-19 record. In their last contest, Grand Lake was nudged by Vinton (Vinton, LA), 74-57, in a league contest.
