Elida Bulldogs (Elida, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Wapakoneta Redskins (Wapakoneta, OH), 48-46 in a league bout.

With the win, Elida upgrades its record to 12-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Findlay (Findlay, OH) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Trojans go into the bout with a record of 14-1. Findlay won 55-38 in their recent non-league bout against Bowling Green (Bowling Green, OH)

Next up, the Redskins clash with the Bath Wildcats (Lima, OH) in a Western Buckeye bout, on Friday, February 9. Wapakoneta will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record.
