Loch Raven Raiders (Towson, MD) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Franklin Indians (Reisterstown, MD), 49-48 in a league bout.

With the victory, Loch Raven upgrades its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Parkville (Baltimore, MD) to play the Knights in a Baltimore County 1 bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 15-4. Parkville won 93-60 in their recent non-league bout against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD)

Next up, the Indians play the Pikesville Panthers (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 18-3 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 3-17 record after their 54-53 league loss to Sparrows Point (Baltimore, MD).
