In their next game, the Mustangs face the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 7. North Oldham will attempt to move on its 20-3 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 15-9 record after their 70-52 league win over Trimble County (Bedford, KY).

With the defeat, Grant County moves to 10-12 on the year. The Braves host Simon Kenton (Independence, KY) to face the Pioneers in a District 32 game on Saturday, February 3. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 9-13. Simon Kenton won 79-70 in their recent non-league game against Oldham County (Buckner, KY)
