The Hillcrest Lutheran Academy Comets (Fergus Falls, MN) basketball knocked off the host Wheaton Warriors (Wheaton, MN), 62-45 in Friday's non-league test.
The Comets (17-4) will now prepare for their test against Breckenridge (Breckenridge, MN). The Cowboys go into the A Section 6 test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, Breckenridge went down by Pelican Rapids (Pelican Rapids, MN), 75-42, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Ashby for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 6. Wheaton will clash with a Arrows squad coming off a 66-42 league win over Hancock (Hancock, MN). The Arrows record now stands at 9-12.
