The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers basketball team scored 73 points and held the host Medford Tigers to 45 in the Buccaneers league triumph on Friday.

The Buccaneers now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva for a AA Section 2 contest on Tuesday, February 6.

The Tigers (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN). The Giants enter the non-league contest with a 9-7 record.
