The North Nodaway Mustangs basketball squad scored 38 points and restricted the visiting Mound City/Craig to 35 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

With the victory, North Nodaway upgrades its record to 18-8 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Union Star (Union Star, MO) to play the Trojans in a Highway 275 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 1-15.

Next up, the play the Worth County Tigers (Grant City, MO) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. Mound City/Craig will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 14-2 record after their 65-61 league win over St. Joseph Christian (St. Joseph, MO).
