Northland Eagles (Remer, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Ogilvie Lions (Ogilvie, MN), 75-66 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Northland upgrades its record to 9-10 on the season. The Eagles host Bigfork (Bigfork, MN) to clash with the Huskies in a A Section 7 bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 3-14.
Next up, the Lions clash with the Milaca Wolves (Milaca, MN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Ogilvie will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record.
