The Strafford Indians basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Seymour Tigers to 43 in the Indians non-league triumph on Friday.
The Indians now sport a 11-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clever for a Mid-Lakes contest on Tuesday, February 6. Strafford will battle a Blue Jays team coming off a 58-50 non-league loss to Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, MO). The Blue Jays record now stands at 5-12.
The Tigers (9-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mansfield (Mansfield, MO). The Lions enter the Summit contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Mansfield triumphed over Forsyth (Forsyth, MO), 64-52, in a non-league contest.
