In their next game, the Dons face the Twin Rivers Royals (Broseley, MO) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 5. Doniphan will attempt to move on its 20-0 season record. The Royals enter the game with a 8-10 record after their 43-41 non-league loss to Woodland (Marble Hill, MO).

With the defeat, Alton moves to 16-3 on the year.
