Fremont Christian Warriors (Fremont, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Averroes Falcon (Fremont, CA), 45-17 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fremont Christian upgrades its record to 7-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Contra Costa Christian (Walnut Creek, CA) to play the Cougars in a Bay Counties - General bout on Monday, February 5. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 11-8. Contra Costa Christian won 55-54 in their recent league bout against Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA)

Next up, the Falcon play the Quarry Lane Cougars (Dublin, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Averroes will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
