Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Beulah Miners (Beulah, ND) and the visiting Standing Rock Warriors (Fort Yates, ND), saw Beulah's basketball squad knock off Standing Rock by a count of 63-47.

With the victory, Beulah upgrades its record to 4-16 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Hazen (Hazen, ND) to play the Bison in a A Region 4 challenge on Monday, February 5. The Bison come into the challenge with a record of 9-10. Hazen won 53-42 in their recent league challenge against Killdeer (Killdeer, ND)

Next up, the Warriors play the Shiloh Christian Skyhawks (Bismarck, ND) in a A Region 4 challenge, on Monday, February 5. Standing Rock will attempt to upgrade on its 5-11 season record. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a 13-4 record after their 56-43 non-league win over Central Cass (Casselton, ND).
