The Van Buren Crusaders basketball team (Van Buren, ME), was overwhelmed 44-11 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Central Aroostook Panthers (Mars Hill, ME)

The Panthers now possess a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Easton for a D North battle on Tuesday, February 6. Central Aroostook will confront a Bears team coming off a 55-18 league loss to Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME). The Bears record now stands at 7-10.

The Crusaders (1-13) will now prepare for their outing against Wisdom (St. Agatha, ME). The Pioneers go into the D North outing with a 11-5 record. In their last outing, Wisdom smashed Easton (Easton, ME), 55-18, in a league outing.
