The East Side Red Raiders (Newark, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Orange Tornadoes (Orange, NJ), 54-42 in Friday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers go into the non-league test with a 9-11 record. In their last test, Millburn notched a victory over Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ), 49-25, in a non-league test.
The Tornadoes now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Tech for a non-league test on Thursday, February 8.
