East Eagles (Rochester, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting School of the Future (Manhattan, NY), 60-50 in a non-league bout.

With the win, East upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Eagles host Palmyra-Macedon (Palmyra, NY) to clash with the Red Raiders in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 15-1. Palmyra-Macedon won 57-44 in their recent non-league bout against Our Lady of Mercy (Rochester, NY)

Next up, the clash with the East Side Community (New York, NY) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 5. School of the Future will attempt to upgrade on its 12-3 season record.
