The Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ) basketball felled the host Schalick Cougars (Pittsgrove, NJ), 41-33 in Friday's non-league test.
The Gators (11-10) will now prepare for their test against Collingswood (Collingswood, NJ). The Panthers go into the Colonial test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Collingswood was beaten by Delsea (Franklinville, NJ), 36-21, in a non-league test.
The Cougars now own a 6-11 record. They play next when they travel to Maple Shade for a non-league test on Monday, February 5.
