The Madison Bulldogs basketball team (Madison, ME), dropped 52-43 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Spruce Mountain Phoenix (Jay, ME)
The Phoenix now possess a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Winthrop for a non-league battle on Monday, February 5. Spruce Mountain will battle a Ramblers team coming off a 49-39 non-league loss to Mountain Valley (Rumford, ME). The Ramblers record now stands at 11-5.
The Bulldogs (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME). The Seagulls come into the C South battle with a 7-8 record. In their last battle, Old Orchard Beach prevailed over St. Dominic (Lewiston, ME), 36-27, in a non-league battle.
