The Ogallala Indians (Ogallala, NE) basketball nipped the host McCook Bison (McCook, NE), 46-41 in Friday's non-league test.

The Indians (10-8) will now prepare for their test against Broken Bow (Broken Bow, NE). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 15-3 record. In their last test, Broken Bow got by Lexington (Lexington, NE), 73-30, in a non-league test.

The Bison now own a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Ainsworth for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. McCook will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 40-36 non-league win over Sandhills/Thedford (Dunning, NE). The Bulldogs record now stands at 10-8.
