Parlier Panthers (Parlier, CA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Minarets Mustangs (O'Neals, CA), 34-15 in a league bout.

With the win, Parlier upgrades its record to 12-14 on the season. The Panthers travel to Riverdale (Riverdale, CA) to play the Cowboys in a Northwest Sequoia bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cowboys go into the bout with a record of 8-18. Riverdale lost 49-14 in their recent league bout against Chowchilla (Chowchilla, CA)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Yosemite Badgers (Oakhurst, CA) in a Northwest Sequoia bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Minarets will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Badgers go into the bout with a 8-14 record after their 91-26 league loss to Caruthers (Caruthers, CA).
