The Souhegan Sabers basketball team (Amherst, NH), was overwhelmed 34-12 in Friday's league battle with the host Timberlane Owls (Plaistow, NH)
The Owls now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Merrimack Valley for a Division II battle on Tuesday, February 6. Timberlane will battle a The Pride team coming off a 37-30 league loss to Bishop Brady (Concord, NH). The The Pride record now stands at 5-8.
The Sabers (1-11) will now prepare for their battle against Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH). The Cavaliers come into the Division II battle with a 5-7 record.
