The Hotchkiss School Bearcats ice hockey squad scored 3 points and restricted the host Lawrenceville School Big Red to 1 in the Bearcats non-league victory on Friday.

With the victory, Hotchkiss School moves its record to 7-9 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Westminster School (Simsbury, CT) to face the Martlets in a contest on Wednesday, February 7. The Martlets go into the contest with a record of 5-9. Westminster School lost 6-2 in their recent league contest against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT)

The Big Red now sport a 9-9 record. They take the field next when they host Hoosac for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 3. Lawrenceville School will face a Owls squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to Wilbraham & Monson Academy (Wilbraham, MA). The Owls record now stands at 7-9.
