Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Karns City Gremlins (Karns City, PA) and the visiting Brookville Raiders (Brookville, PA), saw Karns City's basketball squad hold off Brookville by a tally of 47-44.

With the victory, Karns City improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Gremlins travel to North Clarion (Tionesta, PA) to confront the Wolves in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, February 7. The Wolves come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Raiders confront the Clarion-Limestone Lions (Strattanville, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Brookville will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
