The Brush Beetdiggers basketball team scored 54 points and held the host Wellington Eagles to 39 in the Beetdiggers league triumph on Friday.
The Beetdiggers now sport a 7-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Estes Park for a contest on Tuesday, February 6.
The Eagles (0-6) will now prepare for their contest against Timnath (Timnath, CO). The Cubs enter the contest with a 15-1 record. In their last contest, Timnath was defeated by Strasburg (Strasburg, CO), 53-52, in a league contest.
