Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Catholic Crusaders (Virginia Beach, VA) and the host Peninsula Catholic Knights (Newport News, VA), saw Catholic's basketball squad wallop Peninsula Catholic by a tally of 85-19.

With the victory, Catholic improves its record to 14-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Benedictine (Richmond, VA) to confront the Cadets in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 3. The Cadets come into the challenge with a record of 11-5. Benedictine won 47-41 in their recent non-league challenge against St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Knights confront the Cape Henry Collegiate Dolphins (Virginia Beach, VA) in a challenge, on Monday, February 5. Peninsula Catholic will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
