In Monday's non-league outing, the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) basketball squad edged the visiting Daniel Lions (Central, SC), by a count of 62-56.

The Hurricanes (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC). The Devildogs go into the non-league outing with a 20-8 record. In their last outing, Travelers Rest held off Clinton (Clinton, SC), 51-46, in a non-league outing.
