Massachusetts High School Basketball - Montachusett RVT overwhelmed by Oakmont Regional

The Oakmont Regional Spartans basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Montachusett RVT Bulldogs to 35 in the Spartans non-league victory on Monday.
The Spartans now sport a 14-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Auburn for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 22. Oakmont Regional will battle a Rockets team coming off a 65-64 league win over Northbridge (Whitinsville, MA). The Rockets record now stands at 10-9.
The Bulldogs (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Blackstone Valley RVT (Upton, MA). The Beavers come into the Colonial contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Blackstone Valley RVT was routed by Worcester Tech (Worcester, MA), 70-50, in a league contest.
