In Monday's non-league match, the visiting St. Thomas More Cougars basketball team scored a good 44-35 triumph over the Alexandria Trojans.
In their next game, the Cougars meet the Warren Easton Eagles (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 23. St. Thomas More will attempt to move on its 17-5 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 10-10 record after their 48-46 non-league win over Woodlawn-B.R. (Baton Rouge, LA).
With the defeat, Alexandria moves to 17-10 on the year.
