New York Mills Eagles (New York Mills, MN) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Battle Lake Battlers (Battle Lake, MN), 60-37 in a non-league bout.
With the win, New York Mills upgrades its record to 17-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Browerville (Browerville, MN) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-5.
Next up, the Battlers clash with the Ashby Arrows (Ashby, MN) in a A Section 6 bout, on Friday, February 24. Battle Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 3-21 season record.
