Minnesota High School Basketball - Hill City/Northland can't hold off Carlton

The Carlton Bulldogs basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Hill City/Northland to 38 in the Bulldogs league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs now sport a 7-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherry for a A Section 7 contest on Thursday, February 23. Carlton will battle a Tigers team coming off a 81-36 non-league win over Nashwauk-Keewatin (Nashwauk, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 5-14.
The (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 22-2 record. In their last contest, Kelliher/Northome edged Bigfork (Bigfork, MN), 72-39, in a non-league contest.
