The Gunter Tigers (Gunter, TX) basketball knocked off the host Rains Wildcats (Emory, TX), 54-35 in Monday's non-league test.
The Tigers (28-9) will now prepare for their test against Winnsboro (Winnsboro, TX). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 29-8 record. In their last test, Winnsboro notched a victory over Mineola (Mineola, TX), 68-41, in a non-league test.
The Wildcats now own a 24-13 record.
