Cheshire Rams (Cheshire, CT) fans left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team achieve victory over the host South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT), 6-0 in a non-league match.
The Rams (10-5) will now prepare for their match against Guilford (Guilford, CT). The Grizzlies enter the Southern Connecticut - DII match with a 6-5 record. In their last match, Guilford was trounced by Masuk (Monroe, CT), 9-5, in a non-league match.
Next up, the Bobcats clash with the Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT) in a Central Connecticut - North match, on Wednesday, February 22. South Windsor will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Trojans enter the match with a 14-1 record after their 5-2 non-league win over Xavier (Middletown, CT).
