The Polk County West [Climax/Fisher] Knights (Climax, MN) basketball nipped the visiting Badger/Greenbush-Middle River Gators (Badger, MN), 55-52 in Tuesday's league test.

The Knights (3-25) will now prepare for their test against Kittson Central (Hallock, MN). The Bearcats go into the non-league test with a 9-15 record. In their last test, Kittson Central was tipped by Fertile-Beltrami (Fertile, MN), 73-44, in a non-league test.

The Gators now own a 1-28 record. They play next when they host Lake of the Woods for a A Section 8 test on Thursday, February 22. Badger/Greenbush-Middle River will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Laporte (Laporte, MN). The Bears record now stands at 0-21.
