Kentucky High School Basketball - Somerset topples Boyle County

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) basketball squad beat the visiting Boyle County Rebels (Danville, KY), by a margin of 53-39.

The Briar Jumpers (18-10) will now prepare for their outing against Danville Christian Academy (Danville, KY). The Warriors go into the non-league outing with a 22-5 record. In their last outing, Danville Christian Academy defeated Wayne County (Monticello, KY), 56-37, in a non-league outing.

The Rebels now own a 12-14 record. They play next when they travel to Taylor County for a non-league outing on Friday, February 23. Boyle County will clash with a Cardinals squad coming off a 57-55 non-league win over Barren County (Glasgow, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 16-12.
