Oregon High School Basketball - Parkrose can't hold off Centennial

The Centennial Eagles basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Parkrose Broncos to 57 in the Eagles league victory on Tuesday.

The Eagles now sport a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Putnam for a 5A Northwest Oregon contest on Friday, February 23. Centennial will battle a Kingsmen team coming off a 64-62 league win over Canby (Canby, OR). The Kingsmen record now stands at 18-4.

The Broncos (7-14) will now prepare for their contest against La Salle (Milwaukie, OR). The Falcons come into the 5A Northwest Oregon contest with a 13-10 record. In their last contest, La Salle was nudged by Wilsonville (Wilsonville, OR), 68-58, in a league contest.
