The Clifton Cubs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Mildred Eagles to 50 in the Cubs non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Cubs now sport a 22-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 22. Clifton will battle a Lions team coming off a 50-47 non-league win over C.H. Yoe (Cameron, TX). The Lions record now stands at 13-9.
