In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Peaster Greyhounds basketball team scored a good 64-51 triumph over the Vernon Lions.
In their next game, the Greyhounds face the Clyde Bulldogs (Clyde, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 22. Peaster will attempt to move on its 22-11 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 20-10 record after their 59-47 non-league win over Llano (Llano, TX).
With the defeat, Vernon moves to 19-11 on the year.
