In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Madison Southern Eagles (Berea, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting East Jessamine Jaguars (Nicholasville, KY), by a margin of 72-39.
The Eagles (17-9) will now prepare for their outing against Bell County (Pineville, KY). The Bobcats go into the non-league outing with a 16-12 record. In their last outing, Bell County was trounced by Knox Central (Barbourville, KY), 61-47, in a non-league outing.
The Jaguars now own a 7-21 record. They play next when they host Lexington Christian for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 22. East Jessamine will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 37-35 non-league loss to Holy Cross (Louisville, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 18-9.
