The Sioux Center Warriors topped the host Humboldt Wildcats basketball team by a final score of 61-45 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Warriors face the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks (Waverly, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 27. Sioux Center will attempt to move on its 17-6 season record. The Go-Hawks enter the game with a 23-0 record after their 43-37 non-league win over Western Dubuque (Epworth, IA).
With the defeat, Humboldt moves to 18-5 on the year.
