The Salem Spartans (Salem, VA) basketball knocked off the visiting Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA), 55-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Spartans (23-3) will now prepare for their test against Charlottesville (Charlottesville, VA). The Black Knights go into the non-league test with a 26-0 record. In their last test, Charlottesville notched a victory over Handley (Winchester, VA), 58-53, in a non-league test.

The Cavaliers now own a 16-8 record.
