Madisonville Mustangs (Madisonville, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX), 57-35 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Madisonville upgrades its record to 30-5 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Connally (Waco, TX) to clash with the Cadets in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Cadets go into the bout with a record of 26-11. Connally won 52-44 in their recent non-league bout against Salado (Salado, TX)
