Pennsylvania High School Basketball - South Fayette fells Mars

February 20, 2024: McDonald, PA 15057

South Fayette Lions (McDonald, PA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Mars Fightin' Planets (Mars, PA), 55-36 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Fayette upgrades its record to 15-8 on the season. The Lions travel to Trinity (Washington, PA) to clash with the Hillers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Hillers go into the bout with a record of 18-5. Trinity won 59-54 in their recent non-league bout against Woodland Hills (Pittsburgh, PA)
