The McBain Ramblers basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Reed City Coyotes to 36 in the Ramblers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Ramblers now sport a 9-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake City for a Highland contest on Friday, February 23. McBain will battle a Trojans team coming off a 49-36 non-league win over Hart (Hart, MI). The Trojans record now stands at 18-2.

The Coyotes (11-8) will now prepare for their contest against Central Montcalm (Stanton, MI). The Hornets come into the Central State contest with a 8-11 record. In their last contest, Central Montcalm was nudged by Morley Stanwood (Morley, MI), 54-41, in a non-league contest.
