West Virginia High School Basketball - Point Pleasant ripped by Nitro

The Nitro Wildcats basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Point Pleasant Big Blacks to 21 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wildcats now sport a 20-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ripley for a non-league contest on Friday, February 23. Nitro will meet a Vikings team coming off a 46-43 non-league win over Winfield (Winfield, WV). The Vikings record now stands at 13-10.
