Calexico Bulldogs (Calexico, CA) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Escondido Charter White Tigers (Escondido, CA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the La Jolla Country Day Torreys (La Jolla, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 22. Calexico will attempt to move on its 23-5 season record. The Torreys enter the challenge with a 12-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Ramona (Ramona, CA).
The White Tigers now possess a 13-8 record.
