Georgia High School Soccer - River Ridge knocks off St. Pius X Catholic

River Ridge Knights (Woodstock, GA) fans were satisfied Tuesday as they saw their soccer squad triumph over the visiting St. Pius X Catholic Golden Lions (Atlanta, GA), 6-0 in a non-league test.
The Knights now hold a 5-0 record. They play next when they travel to Islands for a non-league test on Friday, February 23. River Ridge will meet a Sharks squad coming off a 5-1 league win over New Hampstead (Savannah, GA). The Sharks record now stands at 4-3.
With the loss, St. Pius X Catholic drops to 3-2 on the season. The Golden lions travel to Riverwood (Sandy Springs, GA) to meet the Raiders in a 6A Area 4 test on Tuesday, February 27. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 4-1. Riverwood won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against North Paulding (Dallas, GA)
