The Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) softball routed the host Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy Eagles (Youngsville, LA), 21-5 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Rebels (4-0) will now prepare for their bout against New Iberia (New Iberia, LA). The Yellowjackets go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, New Iberia toppled Mamou (Mamou, LA), 15-9, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Vandebilt Catholic for a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy will confront a Terriers squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Central Catholic (Morgan City, LA). The Terriers record now stands at 3-1.
