The Canadian Wildcats softball team scored 23 runs and limited the host Northside Indians to 7 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Canadian moves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Childress (Childress, TX) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, March 5. The Bobcats come into the game with a record of 3-4.
In their next game, the Indians clash with the Holliday Eagles (Holliday, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 23. Northside will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
