In Thursday's non-league bout, the Plaquemine Green Devils (Plaquemine, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Berchmans Academy Saints (Grand Coteau, LA), by a tally of 10-1.
Next up, the Green Devils encounter the Lafayette Lions (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 20. Plaquemine will attempt to upgrade on its 3-5 season record.
The Saints (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA). The Tigers enter the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Breaux Bridge was overwhelmed by Rayne (Rayne, LA), 11-7, in a non-league bout.
