The Bernards Mountaineers basketball team scored 65 points and limited the visiting Dunellen Destroyers to 51 in the Mountaineers non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Mountaineers now have a 12-9 record. They play next when they travel to Hackettstown for a non-league game on Thursday, February 27. Bernards will confront a Tigers team coming off a 67-43 non-league loss to Phillipsburg (Phillipsburg, NJ). The Tigers record now stands at 10-8.
With the loss, Dunellen falls to 14-5 on the campaign. The Destroyers travel to New Egypt (New Egypt, NJ) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, February 21. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 6-10.
